There are some organisations from abroad who have also extended support to the Trust in achieving its objectives. Raj Durbar a social organisation in London, UK had organized a drama for raising funds for the Trust. Mr. Raj Kapur and Dr. Shenolikar of Raj Durbar have been working hard. Girls of High worth Grammar School Kent, UK, had also organized fund raising projects for DREAM Trust. Soroptimist International of UK had organized a treasure hunt as fund raising project. Mrs. Mary Hayes of UK donates accessories required for these diabetic children regularly.

Ms Anna Uhlich an insulin dependent herself, from Vienna-Austria, has been promoting the Trust's objectives in Austria and Switzerland by writing articles and providing information on the internet.

There are few families each from Switzerland, Austria, UK, Holland,USA and Japan who have also sponsored diabetic children. All these donors receive regular health progress records and patient's photograph
